About Us
Al and Susan Knibbs provide leadership to the Police Marriage Support Team at Support the badge. The team consists of police officers and their spouses who serve as marriage conference speakers, mentors and regular contributors to the website.
Al retired from the RCMP as Traffic Services Coordinator for Alberta in December 2007 after 35 years in the force and is currently doing contract/project work for K Division RCMP. Susan is a registered nurse. She presently teaches in the degree nursing program at Grant MacEwan University.
Al and Susan are passionate about mentoring couples to build strong marriage and family relationships, especially those in the police service world.
Al and Susan have been married for 36 years, have 4 married children and 11 grandchildren. They enjoy spending time with their family, traveling, camping and boating.
